Delivery time

Your Birkenstock parcel will be shipped with DHL. A signature is required.

The delivery time to your country is approx. 5-15 business days.

Please note that your parcel might be delayed by the customs

To have a hassle free delivery please consider the following

DHL does not deliver PO Box addresses but needs your name (your company’s name) a street name and number, your post code, city and country. Your telephone number is helpful, too. Please enter these information on our order form. If your parcel can be received by a neighbor please also enter his or her name on the order form.

How can I track my parcel?

To find out when your Birkenstock parcel will exactly be delivered we kindly ask you to use the tracking code that you receive shortly after dispatch of your goods with an automatic mail from us. The tracking code has to be entered on www.ups.com. If it seems you did not receive this mail please check your junk mails or send us an email (info@baumhouse.com).
